Creative Support Terms

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1.About these terms

These terms set out how We Are FIZZ Ltd ("we", "us") provides Creative Support to you ("the client"). They apply together with your plan confirmation, which names your plan, start date, monthly fee and any extras. If the two ever conflict, the plan confirmation wins.

By approving your quote or paying your first invoice, you agree to these terms.

2.Plans and capacity

Your plan gives you a set number of creative days each month.

Flex215£895£820
Core430£1,695£1,554
Partner8+60+from £3,195from £2,929
  • A day is 7.5 hours of creative time. Time is booked in half-day (3.75-hour) blocks.
  • What counts: design, motion, CGI, editing, AI-assisted concept work, and time spent on briefing calls beyond your included planning calls.
  • Unused days roll over to the following month only, then expire. Rolled-over days are used first. Unused days aren't refunded.
  • Extra days can be added in any month at your plan's day rate, with your approval first.
  • Changing plan: you can move up or down from the start of any month, with 14 days' notice. Annual plans can move up at any time, but not down during the 12 months.
  • Larger jobs such as a CGI animation may use several days. We'll estimate the days before starting and tell you if a job is likely to exceed them.

3.Term and notice

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term from your start date. After that, the plan rolls on month to month until either of us gives 30 days' written notice. Email is fine.

Annual plans run for 12 months, billed monthly at the annual rate. At the end of the 12 months, the plan continues month to month at the annual rate until either of us gives 30 days' notice, unless we agree a new annual term.

Leaving an annual plan early: you can, with 30 days' notice. You'll then repay the difference between the monthly and annual rates for the months you've had, so the discount only applies to a full year. For example, leaving Core after 6 months means repaying 6 × £141 = £846.

Block of Days (5 days for £2,375) is paid upfront, must be used within 3 months of purchase, and isn't refundable once work has started.

4.Fees and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance, on your start date each month, preferably by Direct Debit.
  • Extra days, filming and third-party costs are invoiced at the end of the month in which they're used, payable within 14 days.
  • All prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
  • Late payment: if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, we may pause work until it's paid. Paused days still count towards your plan. We may also charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • Price changes: we'll give at least 60 days' notice of any change to your monthly fee. Annual plans are fixed for their 12 months.

5.Requests and turnaround

  • Sending work: add requests through your client dashboard, or by email. You can send as many as you like; we work through them in the priority order agreed at your planning call, within your plan's days.
  • Response: we'll acknowledge requests the same working day if they arrive before 3pm, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
  • Timescales: we'll agree a delivery date for each request. Turnaround depends on the size of the job and your monthly capacity.
  • Priority turnaround (+15% on the monthly fee) moves your requests to the front of our queue.
  • Revisions: reasonable amends are included and come out of your plan time. A change of brief after work has started counts as a new request.
  • Planning calls: quarterly (Starter), monthly (Flex), fortnightly (Core) or weekly (Partner), up to 30 minutes each.

6.Filming and third-party costs

  • Filming is charged separately from your plan, at £400 per filming day (up to 7.5 hours on location), for a one or two person crew shooting ground-based or drone footage. Editing the footage comes out of your plan days.
  • Half-day filming (up to 3.75 hours) is £250.
  • Costs such as kit hire, travel, accommodation, parking, location fees, props, music licences and stock imagery are charged at cost. We'll agree them with you before filming.
  • Drone filming is carried out within CAA rules and depends on the weather and location permissions. If a shoot can't go ahead for safety or weather reasons, we'll rearrange at no extra charge.
  • Cancellation: filming cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the day rate, plus any costs already committed.
  • Larger productions needing specialist crew, talent or studio hire (for example a TV commercial) are quoted separately.

7.Ownership and use of work

  • Final deliverables: once the related invoice is paid, you own the final files we deliver (artwork, renders, videos, exports) and can use them however you like.
  • Source files (3D scenes, project files, layered artwork) stay with us. We'll store them so we can make changes later. If you'd like to own them, we can agree a buy-out fee.
  • Third-party material such as fonts, stock images, music and AI tools is licensed under its own terms. We'll tell you if any licence limits how you can use something.
  • Your material: you confirm you have the right to use anything you send us (logos, photos, product files), and you keep ownership of it.
  • Portfolio use: we may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media once it's public, unless you ask us not to. We'll never share confidential or unreleased work.

8.Working together

Your part: clear briefs, timely feedback and access to the brand assets we need. If we're waiting on you, delivery dates move accordingly.

Confidentiality: we keep your business information private and only use it to do your work. We're happy to sign your NDA.

Data: each of us complies with UK GDPR for any personal data we handle.

Liability: we take care with everything we do, but our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you've paid in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending the agreement immediately: either of us can end it straight away if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn't put it right within 14 days of being asked, or becomes insolvent.

When the agreement ends: you pay for work done and days used up to the end date. We deliver completed work, and you own it once paid for. Unused days lapse.

Changes to these terms: we'll give 30 days' notice of any change. Changes don't affect an annual plan already running.

Law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
